^Umbrella Redemption
Step 1: To qualify for umbrella redemption, shoppers must shop within the respective qualifying period to be eligible for the reward.
Step 2: Umbrella collection coupons will be released on the L Privileges App on 1 Dec and 4 Dec for Jurong Point and AMK Hub, and 8 Dec for Swing By @ Thomson Plaza. Once redeemed, shoppers will visit the Event Area at the specified collection date for umbrella collection.

Coupon release dates on App:

- Applicable to qualifying shoppers and limited to 1 umbrella redemption coupon per shopper
- Umbrella Redemption Coupon is on a first-come, first served and while stocks last basis
- Qualifying shoppers will not be entitled to umbrella collection if no coupon is redeemed on the App
- Unredeemed coupons (shoppers who redeemed coupons and did not collect during the specified event period) will expire and be forfeited.
- Collection time is only available from 12pm to 7.45pm
How to redeem Umbrella Redemption Coupon:
- Go to App > Catalogue
- Search for “Umbrella redemption 1 Dec-3 Dec” from the respective malls > Click Redeem
- Upon successful redemption, e-Coupon will appear on the e-Wallet.
Scenarios as reference:
- Shopper A made a qualifying spend of $120 (non-supermarket receipt) on 13 November. On 1 Dec, she redeemed an umbrella coupon on the L Privileges App and proceeds to the Event Site on the same day for umbrella collection.
- Shopper B made a qualifying spend of $250 (supermarket receipt) on 25 November. On 1 Dec, redeemed an umbrella coupon on The L Privileges App and proceeds to the Event Site on 6 December. Shopper B is rejected redemption due to expired coupon (Collection for 1 Dec coupon holders is only available from 1 – 3 Dec).
